Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the kk1 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on kk1.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kk1. By registering an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted every clause in this document.
kk1 is committed to a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. Our terms are written to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform — including clear rules on bonuses, withdrawals, and dispute resolution.
kk1 reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Registered players will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All deposits and withdrawals processed through kk1 are subject to the payment terms outlined in this document, including minimum transaction amounts, processing timelines, and verification requirements for bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers.
Access to kk1 is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, with any associated balances forfeited.
Any dispute arising from the use of the kk1 platform must be raised with our support team within 14 days of the relevant event. kk1's decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject to the limitations set out in the Limitation of Liability section below.
General Terms
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and kk1 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The kk1 platform is accessible via kk1.bio and any subdomains or mirror domains authorised by kk1. All services offered on the platform are subject to these Terms without exception.
kk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the kk1 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate account closure.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
kk1 operates as an entertainment and gaming platform. Nothing in these Terms or on the kk1 platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional advisory service. Gambling involves financial risk and is provided solely for the purpose of entertainment. Players must exercise personal responsibility and gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.
By accepting these Terms, you warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for you personally; (c) the funds you deposit are derived from legitimate sources; and (d) you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order on the kk1 platform or any related platform.
Account Registration
To access the full range of kk1 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
kk1 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months). KYC verification is also required if kk1 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on an account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. kk1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
- Registration is open to Bangladeshi residents aged 18 and above.
- One account per person, per household, and per payment method.
- All registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
- KYC documentation is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
- kk1 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
Deposits & Withdrawals
kk1 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and direct bank transfer to accounts held with participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kk1 does not impose any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Where a deposit fails or is reversed after funds have been credited to your kk1 balance, kk1 reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from any available balance on your account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless you have completed full KYC verification and have been approved for an alternative withdrawal channel by the kk1 payments team. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on any business day will ordinarily be processed within the same business day.
kk1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000 in a single request or where the account has not previously completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of any ongoing fraud investigation or account review.
- Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method linked to your verified identity.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see the Bonuses & Promotions section below.
- kk1 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
- Deposits made by credit card or any method not listed in the accepted payment channels will be declined and returned to the originating account.
- In the event of a technical error that credits an incorrect amount to your account, you are obligated to report the discrepancy to kk1 immediately. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and recovery of the incorrectly credited amount.
Bonuses & Promotions
kk1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any additional terms stated in the specific promotional offer.
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unless a specific promotion states a different wagering requirement, the default wagering requirement for any bonus credited to your kk1 account is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳60,000 before any portion of the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. Existing players who create a second account to claim a welcome bonus will have both accounts suspended.
- Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- kk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valued at ৳10 per spin unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. kk1 reserves the right to amend free spin valuations for specific promotional campaigns.
Fair Play & Conduct
kk1 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Every game on the kk1 platform operates using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by kk1, by game providers, or by any player action outside of the game mechanics themselves.
Players are expected to engage with the kk1 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the kk1 platform:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void and will be removed from your account balance.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the kk1 platform infrastructure, game software, or payment systems.
- Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the false impression of playing from a different location.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at kk1 staff or other players.
- Any attempt to facilitate, assist, or benefit from money laundering or terrorist financing through the platform.
kk1 employs real-time fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, kk1 may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified by email and have the right to submit evidence in their favour before a final decision is made.
Age Restriction
kk1 takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the account registration process, players are required to confirm their date of birth. kk1 further reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or in response to any indication that an account may be operated by a minor.
Where a player is found to have provided a false date of birth during registration, kk1 will: (a) immediately suspend the account; (b) forfeit all winnings accrued on the account; (c) return the net deposit amount (deposits minus withdrawals) to the payment method used, minus any applicable processing fees; and (d) report the incident to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
kk1 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. Recommended tools include those provided by reputable internet safety organisations. If you believe a minor has created an account on kk1, please contact [email protected] immediately with the relevant account details.
- Minimum age to register and play: 18 years.
- Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
- Accounts confirmed as belonging to minors will be closed without appeal rights.
- kk1 does not knowingly market its services to individuals under 18.
Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their kk1 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance on the account at the time of closure — excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements — will be returned to your verified payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.
kk1 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is detected; (c) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months without any login or transaction; or (d) kk1 is required to do so to comply with applicable laws or regulatory guidance.
Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. kk1 will send a notification email to the registered address before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have an administrative fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
- Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
- Remaining real-money balances are returned to verified payment methods upon closure.
- Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.
- kk1-initiated closures for Terms violations may result in balance forfeiture pending investigation.
- Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee after 12 months of inactivity.
- Closed accounts may not be reopened without written approval from the kk1 compliance team.
Limitation of Liability
kk1 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kk1 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates correctly and is accessible at all times, the Company makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the kk1 platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform; (c) any technical error, data loss, or corruption of account data; (d) unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to secure your credentials; or (e) any reliance placed on information displayed on the platform.
Where kk1 is found liable for any loss or damage in connection with your use of the platform, kk1's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kk1 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kk1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond kk1's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, internet or telecommunications outages, or disruptions to third-party payment infrastructure (including bKash, Nagad, and affiliated banks).
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the Player and kk1 directly must be submitted to the kk1 dispute resolution process by emailing [email protected] with full details of the claim. kk1 aims to resolve all formal disputes within 28 business days of receiving a complete written complaint.
- kk1's maximum aggregate liability is capped at the player's deposits in the preceding 30 days.
- kk1 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment failures outside kk1's control.
- Players accept full personal responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on the platform.
- Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event to be considered by the kk1 dispute resolution team.
- kk1's decision on all disputes is final, subject only to the liability cap described above.
